I would like to cancel my subscription! Why is it so difficult to do this?

I want to cancel my subscription before the billing starts, I'm still in the second day. There is no one answer my email which I send it yesterday.

I want to listen to my pdfs in a informative why where the AI doesn't just read the pdf but also explain it and maybe give me a question or a task.

Any chance that there could be way of talking to Mindgrasp and telling the AI what you know then based on the material loaded, the AI can determine the gaps in your knowledge so you can focus study?

Hello Mindgrasp Team, I have Reached out to you many dimes at this point and I am getting very angry!!! I am very dissatisfied with your services as I have tried to cancel my subscription. I did the free trial and now it is trying to charge my card. There is no way in your website or app to cancel my subscription and I have tried to go onto my device settings to cancel the subscription but it does not show up and it is trying to charge me OVER $100 which is outrageous for using it for a total of a few hours maybe! I have currently taken all of the money off of my card and will continue to contact you until I get a response!!!

I've been charged unauthorizedly, after months of having my subscription cancelled and not having logged in at all. My emails won't get a response, and I need a full refund. This is an absolute SCAM.

You stored my information for months and started randomly charging me. This is utterly disgusting, and I can't believe you, as a company, stand for it now. When I go into my account to try to remove my information because, for some reason, it's not safe in your hands, I only find that wow, there's no account deletion button.... how suspicious.

The note packages I upload contain a lot of information, yet the quiz will use the same few questions and topics so many times. It has not variability in its questions nor does it cover nearly half the content.
