I cancelled before the billing period and still got charged days later.

Hello Mindgrasp Team, I have Reached out to you many dimes at this point and I am getting very angry!!! I am very dissatisfied with your services as I have tried to cancel my subscription. I did the free trial and now it is trying to charge my card. There is no way in your website or app to cancel my subscription and I have tried to go onto my device settings to cancel the subscription but it does not show up and it is trying to charge me OVER $100 which is outrageous for using it for a total of a few hours maybe! I have currently taken all of the money off of my card and will continue to contact you until I get a response!!!

I've been charged unauthorizedly, after months of having my subscription cancelled and not having logged in at all. My emails won't get a response, and I need a full refund. This is an absolute SCAM.

when generating the notes, each bullet point or section should reference the page number in the text it is taking the information from, to allow for a smoother experience in locating information in the text

The option does not work, whenever i try to generate quizzes, 100 of errors appear. Please fix it!

Can you allow the printing of notes and summaries?

More quiz questions that line up with my study guide like there is 35 questions on the exam but you gives me 25 questions

The correct answers of the quizzes are always in the same location, you should mix it a bit otherwise it’s too easy
