Hello Mindgrasp Team,
I have Reached out to you many dimes at this point and I am getting very angry!!! I am very dissatisfied with your services as I have tried to cancel my subscription. I did the free trial and now it is trying to charge my card. There is no way in your website or app to cancel my subscription and I have tried to go onto my device settings to cancel the subscription but it does not show up and it is trying to charge me OVER $100 which is outrageous for using it for a total of a few hours maybe! I have currently taken all of the money off of my card and will continue to contact you until I get a response!!!

Hi Dillyn have you gotten any reply from them yet? Im having problems with canceling my subscription too
