Dear Mindgrasp Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the persistent issues I've been experiencing with your platform.
As a dedicated user, I rely heavily on Mindgrasp for my studies. Recently, while studying philosophy, I encountered a series of frustrating problems:
  • Your system has been providing answers from unrelated historical content when I ask questions about philosophy.
  • Even after correcting the initial errors, the references provided were inaccurate.
  • Despite removing all my modern history study material from the database, the system continues to reference these files (titled "Quit India Movement" and "Independence Struggle"). When I click on these references, it redirects me to the files that are supposedly deleted, which I cannot find in my database.
These issues are severely hampering my ability to study effectively. I have attempted multiple times to resolve the problem myself, but to no avail. The persistence of these inaccuracies is impacting my learning experience and productivity.
I urge you to investigate and resolve this issue promptly. I need Mindgrasp to function reliably and accurately to support my academic pursuits. A swift response and a detailed solution to rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.
