When im reading notes, the page will constantly jump back to the top of the page usually every 20 seconds. I emailed support@mindgrasp.ai about this issue on 26th March 2026 and still have no reply. Its ironic because just as i was billed the annual subscription, the site starts bugging. I will be requesting a cancellation and refund if this bug is not fixed.

URGENT: i cannot move through the slides in Notes, it gets me back to the first slide while im reading in another slide

I'm pretty sure this is required by law but please make a button to remove the saved payment method. Nobody wants to have their payment method permanently saved, especially since you authorize once and then for the future never authorize again no matter how big or small the payment is.

Sometime when uploading larger files, I'm getting an error message saying files over 600MB are not allowed and sometime the same file is added without any error message but it's status remain in processing.
